Seasonal On-Site Manager - Nichols At Clara, we are recruiting for a Seasonal On-Site Manager to work with a leading company in Nichols, NY. This role is instrumental in overseeing daily operations at a key client site, focusing on maximizing productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction through hands-on management of warehouse floor activities and administrative support. Shift Patterns Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm Weekends when needed Pay Rates 60000.00 USD yearly End of Season Bonus Essential Requirements for Seasonal On-Site Manager Possess a minimum of three years of experience specifically as a Staffing Agency Onsite Manager. Demonstrate proven management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Maintain legal eligibility to work in the United States. Desirable Requirements for Seasonal On-Site Manager Utilize intermediate computer skills to manage daily operations, track productivity, and generate reports. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics accurately. Implement and monitor staffing levels to meet client-specific productivity expectations and operational demands. Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with client representatives, applicants, and internal teams. Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational setting. Apply a high degree of self-management and initiative to independently drive operational success. Foster a positive and supportive team environment, demonstrating a passion for assisting others. Role for Seasonal On-Site Manager Oversee daily warehouse floor operations to ensure seamless workflow. Act as the primary point of contact for client personnel and staff. Provide administrative support to maintain operational efficiency. Foster strong relationships with client representatives and internal teams.
