The Role The Construction Coordinator may manage projects or people, ensuring consistent design interpretation, sound field decision-making, subcontractor performance, and quality across a large volume of work. The Coordinator is the escalation point for the toughest field calls and is accountable for the safety, productivity, and craftsmanship of every job their team touches.
