Our company needs an experienced Commercial HVAC Manager to join our team. The HVAC Site Manager provides leadership and oversight for all site operations, ensuring HVAC projects and services are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements. This role leads and supports the onsite team, coordinates daily operations, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers, building strong working relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Site Manager should have extensive HVAC knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to successfully manage both people and operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting a positive work environment while recognizing the terms of the existing union CBA. Develop project schedules, ensuring timely work completion within tight time constraints. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and customers to ensure project requirements are met. Inspect work progress to guarantee compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during HVAC system installations or repairs. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Maintain accurate records of project details, including reports. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on HVAC best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment. All Other Duties/Projects as

Assigned Qualifications:

At least 10 years of progressive experience in Commercial HVAC, required. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferred. EPA Universal Certification, required. Master HVAC license through DPRO, preferred. Experience with MAXIMO, preferred. Must have strong knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance. Must be proficient in reading schematics and blueprints for HVAC systems. Have extensive experience in refrigeration, equipment repair, and HVAC/R systems. Ability to build and service various HVAC components efficiently. Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build rapport and relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability and be willing to work outside of normal working hours such as back shift and weekends, in the event of unplanned outages.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crawl, reach, push, pull, and climb. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Security Requirements:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Ft Lee, Virginia installation clearance and CAC card. Required drug screening, physical, and background check

Driving Requirements:

A valid state driver license is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain coverage by HMG's insurance company.
