Duties Oversee daily operations on construction sites, supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate construction schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and Construction management tools like ProCore and Bluebeam. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of design specifications. Manage procurement processes, including budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation using HeavyBid and other estimating tools. Enforce construction safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits. Supervise quality control measures by inspecting work for compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely resolution of issues. Experience 10+ years experience of proven experience managing residential or commercial construction projects as a superintendent or in a similar supervisory role. Strong background in construction site management with hands-on experience in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and supervising crews. Familiarity with construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Primavera P3; experience with Construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols; experience conducting safety training sessions preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Excellent managerial communication skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment; ability to motivate crews and coordinate subcontractors effectively. Skilled in budgeting, cost control, contract management, and procurement processes using HeavyBid or similar tools. Construction site experience in residential or commercial projects with a focus on new home development; proficiency in managing technical aspects such as construction scheduling and quality assurance is essential.
