Commercial painting experience is required. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic who is interested in building a long-term career with our company. We provide steady, year-round work, regardless of the season, and value employees who are committed, dependable, and take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship. Perform commercial painting projects with a high level of quality and professionalism. Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, cleaning, masking, and priming. Drywall joint finishing. Repair drywall imperfections, cracks, nail holes, and minor surface damage before painting. Protect surrounding areas, furniture, flooring, and fixtures during all phases of work. Match existing colors and finishes when required. Follow project specifications, safety standards, and company quality expectations. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule. Communicate professionally with supervisors, property managers, and customers.
