Summary We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team at Michael Young Custom Building and Remodeling Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for various construction tasks, focusing on quality workmanship that aligns with our company values. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry. Responsibilities Perform electrical installations and repairs as needed. Execute remodeling projects with precision and attention to detail. Carry out carpentry tasks, ensuring structural integrity. Plumb rough-in and finish according to specifications. Restore existing structures while maintaining quality standards. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. Install flooring materials accurately and efficiently. Hang drywall, spackle, tile, and paint with skill and expertise. Requirements Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, remodeling techniques, and carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction inspection processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
