Execute remodeling projects with precision and attention to detail. Carry out carpentry tasks, ensuring structural integrity. Plumb rough-in and finish according to specifications. Hang drywall, spackle, tile, and paint with skill and expertise. Requirements Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, remodeling techniques, and carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction inspection processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
