$30-35/hour We're building our electrical service division and looking for a motivated Junior Electrician to join the team and grow into a full-service electrician role. You'll work alongside our Lead Service Electrician and senior team members on residential and commercial jobs, gaining hands-on field experience. What You'll Do Assist senior electricians and the Lead Service Electrician on residential and commercial service calls Perform basic electrical installations, repairs and maintenance under supervision Help with panel, breaker, circuit, lighting and receptacle work Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues Prepare and organize materials, tools and job sites Maintain accurate job documentation Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols What We're Looking For 2+ years of electrical experience Basic understanding of electrical tools, materials and safety practices Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff Reliable, punctual, and interested in building a long-term trade career Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Professional references We encourage continuing education. The following certifications are a plus but not required: California General Electrician Certification OSHA 10 or

OSHA 30 NFPA 70E

training CPR / First Aid / AED EVITP certification Manufacturer certifications — Tesla, ChargePoint, Enphase, Generac Compensation & Opportunity $30-35 per hour, based on experience.
