What You'll Be Estimating Retail Healthcare Restaurants Financial Institutions Commercial Renovations & Tenant Improvements Diverse Commercial Projects What We're Looking For Commercial construction estimating experience on projects up to $10M - Ground Up and Renovation Experience estimating retail, healthcare, restaurant, banking, or similar commercial projects Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and clients Strong communication and organizational skills Procore experience is a plus The Ideal Candidate This role is perfect for someone who already has strong relationships throughout the Cleveland commercial construction market.
