Job Description

Great Compensation Plan! We offer great benefits including PTO, Vacation, Health, Dental, 401(K) Matching, Discounts on Service repair for you and your family plus your Birthday off! We work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm - no weekends! Pay is Salary plus a generous commission monthly! Bay has been in business for over 70 years in Norfolk; we have 3 Collision centers here and in Suffolk. We are I-Car Gold and we provide excellent service to all of our Insurance and non-insurance customers. The ideal candidate would have over 2 years experience with estimating and CCC One Estimating Software, and experience with production management and flow of work in process. We are focused on quality workmanship and great communication to deliver an outstanding experience every time.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
