Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a lead tile installer. Must be experienced in all aspects of interior and exterior tile installation from start to finish including layouts, mud beds, shower pans, seats, niches, working with complex tile patterns, and natural stone. Experience working with Schluter system products preferred. Must have own transportation. Travel to job sites within our service area (within 50 mile radius of Gainesville, FL) is required. Must be detail oriented, thorough in your work, and efficient.

Pay Rate:

Independent contractors with active LLC and insurance are paid a competitive piece rate. Must provide proof of general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance or exemption. Applicants that do not meet the requirements to be hired as subcontractors will be paid an hourly wage - rate based on experience.
