Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Insulation Installer and become a vital part of creating energy-efficient, comfortable spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help improve building performance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills in construction and attention to detail will make a tangible impact on every project. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install insulation materials according to blueprint specifications and project requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas for insulation installation Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise application of insulation solutions Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe work environment on construction sites Collaborate with carpenters, masons, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation efforts Maintain accurate documentation of work progress and report any issues or discrepancies promptly Assist with the fabrication and trimming of insulation materials to fit designated spaces Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on building insulation installation or related trades such as carpentry, roofing, or masonry Familiarity with construction estimating and reading blueprints or technical drawings Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely on construction sites Knowledge of safety protocols related to power tool operation and working at heights Ability to interpret basic math for measurements and calculations needed during installation Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration Experience with other construction tasks such as plastering, caulking, framing, or HVAC work is a plus Join us if you're passionate about building durable, energy-efficient structures! Pay:
$21.58 - $29.58 per hour
