Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam Insulator to join our safety driven construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality spray foam insulation to enhance energy efficiency and building performance. Your expertise will help ensure that insulation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your skills in insulation installation and related trades to contribute to sustainable building solutions. Duties Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to access installation sites Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately follow installation plans Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for insulation application and surface preparation Follow strict safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Collaborate with team members to ensure a safety environment Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring proper coverage, adhesion, and insulation performance Skills Proficiency in ladder use, climbing, and working at heights safely Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, scrapers, and measuring devices; familiar with power tools including spray foam guns and airless paint sprayers Knowledge of building insulation installation techniques including spray foam application and related trades such as carpentry or drywall finishing Ability to read construction drawings accurately and follow blueprint specifications precisely Experience with safety protocols related to power tool operation, working at heights, and hazardous materials handling Good communication skills and team coordination Requirements 1 Year spray foam experience knowing how to operate reactors and spray foam equipment Drivers License preferred but not required Join our team,We value safety-minded professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-quality insulation solutions. Pay:

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour
