Job Description
About Panther Pest Control Panther Pest Control is the Upstate's modern, high-energy leader in residential and commercial protection. We don't just "spray"—we provide elite-level exclusion, restoration, and sanitation services. We are looking for a versatile, "Next Level" technician to join our prowl. The role we are seeking a Wildlife & Restoration Specialist who is as comfortable trapping a raccoon as they are blowing in new insulation or sanitizing a crawlspace. This is a physically demanding, highly technical role that is critical to our "Complete Home Protection" mission. Key Responsibilities 1. Wildlife Management & Exclusion Inspect properties to identify entry points and wildlife species (squirrels, raccoons, bats, rodents, etc.).Set and monitor traps according to state regulations and company policy.
Perform "Exclusion" work: sealing gaps, installing chimney caps, and repairing soffits to prevent re-entry. 2. Attic & Crawlspace Restoration (Insulation) Remove contaminated or damaged insulation safely using industrial vacuums.
Install new blown-in or batt insulation to meet energy efficiency standards.
Install vapor barriers and perform minor carpentry repairs in crawlspaces. 3. Sanitation & Decontamination Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of areas affected by wildlife waste (guano, droppings, urine).Apply antimicrobial and odor-neutralizing treatments to ensure home safety.
Utilize specialized PPE and fogging equipment to decontaminate attics and crawlspaces. Must have previous experience in attic and crawl space rodent work. Must have a valid DL and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be willing to drive up to 1 hour at a time to the job sites. You would be in a company vehicle. No calls.
