Position Overview We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for both short-term and long-term contract projects across Southern Illinois, the Midwest, and beyond. Travel is required; housing and per diem are provided while on assignment. Responsibilities & Requirements Operate articulating trucks, tractor/pans, scrapers, dozers, and excavators. Experience in surface coal mining, landfills, or solar panel sites is a plus. Must be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and efficient in production and quality. Surface 50023 MSHA certification strongly preferred. Schedule Varying schedule, approximately 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days per week. Every Sunday off guaranteed .
