WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment Perform site preparation, trenching, grading, and foundation excavation Dig safely around existing underground utilities Follow job plans, grades, and specifications Complete daily equipment inspections Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Coordinate with supervisors, laborers, and other operators Maintain a safe and productive jobsite

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

At least two years of excavation equipment operating experience Valid Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License Knowledge of excavation methods, site layouts, and soil conditions Experience working around underground utilities Ability to operate equipment safely, accurately, and efficiently Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Relevant excavation operating experience is required. This is an experienced-level position. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered.
