Job Description
Henrie Excavation is seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a CDL to join our growing team. This position requires someone who is comfortable operating a variety of equipment and is willing to jump into a dump truck or side dump when needed. We're looking for a hardworking team player who takes pride in their work and can handle a fast-paced job site. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.) safely and efficiently Haul materials using dump truck and/or side dump as needed Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines Work with crew members to complete projects on time Assist with general labor tasks when required Requirements Valid CDL (Class A) Experience hauling with dump truck and/or side dump preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work long hours and in various weather conditions Must be a team player with good communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Opportunity for growth within the company Schedule 4x10s - enjoy a 3-day weekend most weeks Full-time hours with occasional overtime How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact Cropper at (435) 559-1123 / office@henrie-ex.com
