Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operators to join our team. We are a Grading and Paving Company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, compactors, and excavators. Can work independently and follow instructions. Also having a CDL is a huge PLUS!Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, compactors, ect...
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Transport materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Work closely with team members to complete tasks effectively
- Not afraid to pick up a shovel if needed!
Experience:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and crushing machinery
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment including dump trucks
- Proficiency in digging, lifting, and transporting materials using heavy machinery
- Super plus if you can operate a Paver!
