Job Description Ability to do the physical labor required of this position, work with chemicals and know proper mixing directions and applications controlled by the EPA, work outside in the elements. Job Duties 1. Inspect buildings for anything out of the ordinary (water on floor, uncomfortable temps, strange noises, etc) 2. Back up Houston on all mail deliveries and assist in the mailroom as needed. 3. Mow, weed eat and trim trees as needed. 4. Assist in the cafeteria as needed. 5. Assist with electrical, plumbing and any issues that may arise in daily operations. 6. Change air filters in air handlers as needed. 7. Police the grounds for trash, limbs etc. 8. Other duties that are assigned by supervisor.
