We're looking for a licensed Indiana Journeyman Plumber to run day-to-day operations of this new division while staying hands-on in the field. You'll start with a couple of helpers and the chance to grow this into a larger operation as work increases. This is a leadership role for someone who wants ownership of a small team without the full overhead of running their own shop from scratch. You'll work closely with our existing GC team on residential and commercial projects. What You'll Do Perform and oversee plumbing field work (new construction, remodels, service, commercial build-outs, etc.) Lead and direct a small crew of journeymen and apprentices. Manage day-to-day scheduling, materials, jobsite coordination, and quality for the plumbing division Communicate with the GC side, inspectors, and clients as needed Help build processes, pricing input, and workflows as the division grows Maintain clean, code-compliant work that reflects well on both the plumbing division and company. Requirements Current Indiana Journeyman Plumber license (required) Hands-on field experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing Ability to lead and train helpers while still working in the field yourself Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Ability to read plans/specs and work with other trades Bonus Qualifications Indiana Plumbing Contractor license Experience supervising crews or running jobs Experience with commercial work, multi-family, or working under a GC Familiarity with estimating or material takeoffs What We Offer Opportunity to help build and lead a new division from the ground up, with real growth potential Work under an established GC company with existing projects and reputation Competitive pay (commensurate with experience and licensing — discuss during interview) Steady work tied to our ongoing construction pipeline
