We are looking for experienced plumbers who are available full-time, willing to be on-call, and capable of independently handling residential plumbing service calls. We generate residential plumbing leads and are looking for professionals who can diagnose plumbing problems, communicate confidently with homeowners, and complete jobs to a high standard. We value reliability, accountability, and individuals who take ownership of their work. This is a full-time opportunity. We are not looking for occasional or part-time help. What You'll Do Respond to residential plumbing service opportunities provided by our company. Travel to customer locations using your own reliable vehicle. Independently diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended work. Complete residential plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements to a high standard. Provide or purchase necessary materials according to the agreed-upon job arrangement. Identify legitimate additional repair or replacement opportunities when appropriate. Maintain a professional customer experience from arrival through job completion. Remain available for on-call work and respond reliably to customer opportunities. What We're Looking For A valid Massachusetts plumbing license. Strong residential plumbing experience, including troubleshooting and service work. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve common residential plumbing problems. Experience communicating with homeowners and recommending appropriate solutions. Your own reliable vehicle and transportation. Your own standard plumbing tools and equipment. Ability to obtain or purchase necessary job materials according to the agreed-upon arrangement. Professional communication and customer service skills. Dependability, responsiveness, and a strong work ethic. Full-time availability and willingness to be on-call. A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of assigned work. We are particularly interested in plumbers comfortable with residential service calls, plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, water heaters, drain issues, leak repairs, and larger legitimate plumbing projects within their license and qualifications. We want to work with professionals who can assess a job, determine the appropriate solution, communicate clearly with the customer, and complete the work without needing constant direction. As our customer volume grows, this opportunity has the potential to develop into a consistent source of residential service calls and larger plumbing projects. Compensation Compensation depends on the type and size of each project and the agreed-upon work arrangement. Larger projects may provide opportunities for higher earnings.
