11/01/2026 Job Description Job Description Blue Swan Service is hiring a Plumber - Sales, Service & Installer with a strong emphasis on installation work . If you take pride in doing clean, professional installs (and can confidently explain options to homeowners), you'll fit right in. What you'll do (primary focus: installs) You'll be responsible for high-quality residential installs including: Whole-home repipes Sewer line installs/replacements Water heater installs (tank and/or tankless) Reverse osmosis (RO) systems Water treatment systems (softeners/filtration/conditioning) Jobsite setup and protection (drop cloths, cleanliness, respect for the home) Clear communication with customers: scope, options, timelines, and expectations Photo documentation and clean close-out of each job What we're looking for Proven ability to run installs with minimal supervision, especially repipes and sewer work Strong troubleshooting mindset and pride in craftsmanship Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions (no "pressure sales" - just clear options and honest recommendations) Professional appearance and respectful customer service Must-haves (customize as needed) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift/carry typical plumbing equipment/materials Ability to work in attics/crawlspaces and outdoor conditions (Vegas heat included) Background check / drug screen / clean driving record Nice-to-haves Experience with water treatment/RO brands and installs Confident with permits/inspection readiness and clean code-compliant work Leadership potential (ability to mentor helpers as we grow) Why Blue Swan We're building a principle-driven plumbing company based on: Professionalism, Transparency, Respect, Accountability, and Principles.
