• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand tools or power tools
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges or other equipment
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters
• Respond to plumbing emergencies or service calls in a timely manner ```Requirements```
• Proven experience as a plumber or completion of an apprenticeship program
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Welding skills for pipe fitting is a plus
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
• Ability to assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems according to specifications
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for plumbing work
• Knowledge of maintenance person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
