Responsibilities As a Repair Plumber at Cobb Plumbing, you will be responsible for: Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential properties. Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures. Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and advising homeowners on preventive measures. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Documenting, Invoicing, and Recording activity within our software system Providing excellent customer service, addressing clients' questions and concerns professionally. Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing repair and maintenance. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting various plumbing systems and fixtures. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations. Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently or as part of a team effectively. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Ideal Qualifications A highly-qualified applicant will: Meet all the Minimum Requirements listed above. Have a total of 5+ years experience in residential plumbing repair. Have 2+ years of experience operating solo Have experience working with/training an apprentice Be a registered apprentice working toward a plumbing license, OR hold a valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing license.
