WYOMING BARN COMPANY

is a local post-frame construction company based in Cheyenne, WY. We build quality barns, shops, garages, and other post-frame structures throughout the area. We are looking to add two dependable, full-time crew members to our team. Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, works hard, and wants to learn the trade. This is a year-round, long-term position , not seasonal employment. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Overtime available Consistent, year-round work What You'll Do Assist with construction of post-frame buildings from the ground up Framing, setting posts and trusses, installing steel, trim, doors, and other building components Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and construction equipment Load, unload, and organize building materials Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Follow crew-leader direction and job-site safety procedures Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site What We're Looking For Dependable and able to consistently arrive on time and ready to work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a crew Comfortable performing physically demanding construction work Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Construction or post-frame experience is a plus, but not required Interested in steady, long-term employment What You Get $16.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability Weekly pay Overtime available Paid time off Consistent, year-round employment Performance-based raises On-the-job training Opportunity to learn post-frame construction and advance within the company Requirements Must be able to reliably commute to job sites around Cheyenne, WY (82001) Must be able to perform the physical requirements of construction work Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be willing to relocate before starting if not currently local Apply If You take pride in your work, enjoy building things, and want a job where you can learn valuable construction skills while working with a local company.
