Job description: The COVE Monitoring Expansion Support role will help drive early visibility into operational performance, customer experience, and emerging business trends. This individual will partner across UHC and Optum teams to analyze information, generate business insights, and support monitoring initiatives that enable better decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and business analyst who can translate data into actionable insights and work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups. Core Responsibilities Business Analysis & Insight Generation Analyze existing reports, dashboards, and datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational issues. Apply business context to interpret findings and develop meaningful insights. Help create monitoring views that provide early visibility into business performance. Translate observations into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with UHC, Optum, operations, analytics, and governance teams. Facilitate cross-functional discussions and align stakeholders around business needs. Build relationships and serve as a liaison across organizations. Support data access coordination and help teams understand available information and its business value. Executive Communication Prepare concise, executive-ready summaries and presentations. Communicate insights, risks, and opportunities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support leadership decision-making through effective business storytelling. Ability to quickly learn new data sources and business domains.
