Job Description A client in the Vancouver, Wa area is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their team! For this role we are looking for a hands on procurement analyst who has experience with supplier relationship management, internal customer service, contract/process discipline, and reporting experience across multiple enterprise programs. This will be a 4 month contract to help with supplier sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier engagement, program reporting, compliance and owning the relationship between colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues, improve service, and expand products/services based on business needs.

Additional duties include:

• You will maintain the platforms and programs and work with 3rd party platforms which includes but is not limited to: Amazon Business, FedEx, Courier Services, Iron Management Document Management, etc
• Support with proposal analysis, performance data to improve value, and service quality
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve service issues, escalations, and account/access problems
• You will look at what is being purchased, adjust if needed and work with 3rd party platform
• You will use Excel, AI, and M365 to help with new supplier set ups.
• You will also use your experience as an analyst looking and analyzing data to understand what is purchased and trends.
