This is an opportunity for an experienced freight professional who wants to build or grow their book of business while having the technology, carrier network, and support team behind them. What You'll Do Develop and manage customer relationships Quote and sell LTL/FTL freight Build and grow your own book of business Find competitive carrier solutions and pricing Coordinate shipments and provide excellent customer service What We Provide 30% commission on margin No cap on earnings New, best-in-class TMS Access to national and regional LTL carriers Instant rate comparisons and shipment management tools Full back-end support for billing, claims, carrier issues, and more Opportunity to work with existing Gateway customers and expand accounts What We're Looking For 5+ years of LTL/logistics experience

REQUIRED

Experience on the 3PL, broker, or carrier side Strong understanding of NMFC/classification, accessorials, pricing, and carrier rules Existing book of business strongly preferred, but not required Self-motivated and comfortable working independently This is NOT an entry-level position.
