Duties Oversee the daily operations of multiple units, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and adherence to company standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, operational improvements, and customer satisfaction across all locations. Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement. Analyze financial reports including profit & loss statements using Excel data analysis tools to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Manage budgets, control expenses, and conduct profit & loss analysis to ensure each unit meets financial targets. Coordinate project management initiatives aimed at process improvements and operational efficiencies utilizing lean management principles. Collaborate with executive-level teams to align business strategies, communicate performance metrics, and support organizational goals. Supervise team development activities, including training programs and performance evaluations, to build strong leadership pipelines. Implement operational policies and procedures that enhance customer service standards while streamlining processes for maximum productivity. Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize sales strategies, operational workflows, and customer engagement efforts. Hire and maintain a bench for talent. Requirements Proven management experience with a track record of supervising multiple units or locations in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of profit & loss management, financial analysis, and Excel data analysis techniques. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives effectively. Excellent business management acumen combined with strategic planning capabilities. Exceptional team management skills with experience in team development, leadership, and supervisory roles. Proficiency in operational management practices including lean management principles and process optimization. Effective managerial communication skills to engage teams at all levels and coordinate with executive leadership. Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences across multiple sites. Ability to make informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis; comfortable working with complex datasets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
