Job Description

The Ryan Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Contracts Coordinator to join our office in Norton, MA. Responsibilities Lead internal contract reviews, ensuring Quanta Legal's involvement and approval. Oversee contract and subcontract insurance requirements, Parent Guarantee, and Letter of Credit needs. Design systems to monitor and preserve lien rights. Provide consultation on contracts and construction documents. Interface between Operations and Quanta Legal for contract negotiations. Monitor receivables aging for lien rights execution. Guide contract close-out processes and ensure proper subcontractor forms are used. Engage with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive handoff process. Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct contract research, audits, modifications, and risk analysis. Qualifications Proficient in public and private contract reviews, with a strong understanding of terms and conditions specific to the construction industry including engineering and balance of plant contracts. Experience with renewable energy contracts. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Knowledge of business, financial, and management principles and practices. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, as well as guide team performance to meet division goals. Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs. Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of contracting concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations are essential for any career in contract management.

Preferred Extras:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration, or comparable experience.
