In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will manage a team of specialists, streamline supply chain workflows, and directly drive organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of dispatchers and operations specialists to ensure peak performance and accountability.
Dispatch & Shipment Coordination:
Oversee the scheduling, routing, and monitoring of daily freight movements to guarantee seamless, on-time execution.
Process Optimization:
Analyze operational workflows and key performance indicators (KPIs) to eliminate bottlenecks and implement continuous efficiency enhancements.
Escalation & Problem Resolution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex transit, logistics, and driver issues, coordinating rapid cross-functional solutions.
Resource & Capacity Management:
Optimize asset utilization, driver schedules, and carrier networks to balance workload and maximize profitability.
Documentation & Data Integrity:
Ensure precise team maintenance of operational records, shipping transactions, and billing data within company systems.
Regulatory Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regional transportation regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Leadership & Management:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Organizational Excellence:
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills with a sharp focus on operational timelines.
Strong Communication:
Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal executives, external stakeholders, and drivers.
Analytical Problem-Solving:
A structured, data-driven approach to troubleshooting operational friction and managing metrics.
Agility:
Ability to make quick, critical decisions and adapt swiftly to shifting priorities in a high-energy corporate environment.
Industry Acumen:
Deep understanding of logistics networks, dispatch software (TMS), and corporate operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience:
3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Language Skills:
Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is strongly preferred.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
