What You'll Do Dispatch and coordinate service techniciansManage daily schedules and adjust priorities as neededCommunicate with customers and technicians throughout the dayOrder and coordinate partsHelp keep service calls running efficientlyHandle scheduling changes and unexpected issuesProvide professional, friendly customer serviceKeep information accurate and organized in ServiceTitanWhat We're Looking For 2+ years of relevant experiencePrevious service dispatching experienceExperience with parts ordering and coordinationProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteGeneral knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service operationsProfessional phone communication skillsStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, busy environmentPositive attitude and strong team-player mentality
