Full-time and Part-time (weekends)Shift:
Operation runs 24 hours a day. Hours will be a combination of days, evenings, nights, overnights and weekends. Must be flexible on hours & daysSalary:
$16.00 hour, non-exempt Deadline to apply: until filledESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact with bus operators during emergencies
- Monitor/track/respond to radio communications with bus operators
- Assign vehicles to specific routes, based on route demands and vehicle availability
- Distribute manifests to drivers
- Receive/record requests from Origin to Destination customers for scheduled pick-ups
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to multi-task
- Clear speaking voice, calm demeanor, attention to detail
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with transportation emergency response protocol, proficiency with radio communication codes preferred
- Customer service focus
- Valid driver license
