DICE Resource Holdings, LLC is looking to hire a Central Station Alarm Dispatcher. The primary function of the dispatcher is to promptly answer incoming emergency/alarm calls. The ideal candidate will need to be experienced in basic computer skills, have excellent customer service skills, and pass a background check. Must be able to work overtime, extra shifts, holidays, and weekends. This is a 24/7 call center environment that requires individuals to sit for long periods of time.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

2 positions available Three shifts available 2pm - 10pm 10pm - 6am

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service
• Effectively communicate over the phone and email
• Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls
• Contact emergency services and appropriate personnel when applicable
• Promptly document all events and responses
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
• Punctual and reliable attendance is critical

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in dispatch or call center environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of basic computer functions
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends as needed
