HD Courier and HD Home are seeking a motivated and adaptable Dispatch and Home Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, full-time role designed for someone eager to learn every facet of our business — from dispatch operations to the strategic responsibilities of home delivery, scheduling, and route management across both HD Courier and HD Home. This individual will develop deep competency across core operational functions, serve as a capable backup for dispatchers on an as-needed basis, and work toward a defined path onto the management team at HD Courier and HD Home. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of experience in logistics, courier services, transportation, or a closely related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills — written and verbal Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pass drug test Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, scheduling software, mapping/routing apps) Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as operational needs arise Preferred Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management software (e.g., e-Courier or similar platforms) Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or training role Knowledge of the Central Oregon area and statewide Oregon geography HIPAA or TSA certification (or willingness to obtain) Please reach out to us at (541) 639-3108, or come visit us at HDHome.biz
