09/01/2026 Valley View Facility Use Supervisor Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a Facility Use Supervisor To coordinate school-sponsored and community usage of Valley View, including its instructional programs, EP Institute, membership space, and rental spaces, as a peer to the K-12 Facility Use Supervisor.

Position Qualifications Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum of three years' experience in facilities management, hospitality, or event coordination.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent building uses in a mixed-use facility Strong customer service orientation, comparable to a hospitality or conference-center setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; working knowledge of web-based scheduling systems (e.g., Arux) Demonstrated fiscal management skills Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment during evening/weekend events Demonstrated ability to supervise and train part-time/casual staff Commitment to equity and demonstrated ability to work with and in service to people of varying backgrounds Ability to occasionally perform the following actions: lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, standing, bending, crouching, walking, sweeping

• Salary/year Prorated to start date $76,237 based on the 2026-2028 EPSS Employment Agreement (EPSS Level IV) Hours Per Day 8 hours a day Days Per Week 5 days Days Per Year 260 days Vacation 20 days a year Holidays 12 paid holidays each year Life Insurance Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee's annual salary Long Term Disability Insurance Long term disability fully paid by the employer.

Medical/Hospitalization Medical/hospitalization insurance available per EPSS agreement District contribution up to $1,673.00 per month for family coverage Dental Insurance Dental insurance is fully paid by the employer for single or family coverage Sick Leave 14 days per year cumulative to 254 days Tuition Reimbursement 50% tuition for up to 9 credits per fiscal year for pre-approved coursework Anticipated Start Date September 1st, 2026
