• 2:30PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team.

This role is responsible not only for safely operating a reach truck but also for supporting accurate inventory management and product control throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse experience, understands inventory processes, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a reach truck to move, stage, and store product Accurately pick and replenish inventory in racking systems Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as assigned Assist with inventory audits and discrepancy investigations Ensure proper product rotation and location accuracy Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of reach truck experience Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working at heights Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
