7am/4pm - 8am/5pm

Job Summary:

Wise Staffing Group is now seeking a reliable, safety consciousness Sitdown Forklift Operator to join our client's team! The Forklift Operator is a dynamic member of the warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately storing, preparing and securing loads, operating equipment and adhering to safety and compliance requirements. Opportunity comes with a pay rate $18 per hour (PAID WEEKLY). This is temp to permanent positions.

Responsibilities:

Material Handling:

Drive sit-down forklifts to load and unload delivery trucks. Must be able to stack moving crates straight and neat. Sizes of crates are 7x7x5 feet and 7x4x7 feet.

Safety Checks:

Inspect the forklift before each shift, report mechanical issues, and follow all safety rules to avoid workplace accidents Scan, label, and track goods using radio frequency (RF) scanners or a warehouse management system (WMS).

Qualifications:

Ability to operate relevant machinery

Experience:

One to two years working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.

Physical Strength:

Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. Attention to
