What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll help keep warehouse and production operations running smoothly by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily distribution activities. In this role, you will: Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions accurately Pick, replenish, and transport materials to support production and shipping needs Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation Follow all safety policies, GMP standards, and warehouse procedures Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals Support a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards What We're Looking For Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds throughout the shift Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety What's In It For You?
