Forklift Operator / Material Handler Our client, a leading cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking experienced and dependable Forklift Operators/Material Handlers to join their team. In this role, you will support warehouse and production operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

25 per hour (based on experience) Job Description The Forklift Operator / Material Handler is responsible for using powered and manual material handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility while utilizing a radio frequency (RF) device for inventory management and tracking. Essential Functions Load and unload materials shipped to and from internal and external facilities. Safely and efficiently operate powered and manual material handling equipment, including reach trucks, transporters, and pallet jacks. Use RF scanners and video display terminals (VDTs) to accurately store, retrieve, replenish, and ship materials through the Exacta inventory system. Assist with inventory accuracy and stock control efforts. Complete pre-shift inspections and checklists for powered equipment, including battery charging, watering, and cleaning. Complete all required documentation accurately and timely. Follow all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Assist with training new employees as needed. Read, write, speak, and understand English. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds without assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
