This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, robust sales performance, and efficient operations. As the driving force behind the dealership's growth, you will oversee sales teams, manage inventory, foster client relationships, and implement innovative sales strategies. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales and service team to meet and exceed sales targets for repairing cars and trucks through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the dealership's customer base and increase market share in both B2B (business-to-business) and retail segments. Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through deal closing, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and optimize outreach efforts. Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored automotive financing options and upselling opportunities. Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate retail math calculations, and inventory turnover efficiency. Conduct regular meetings and outreach activities to promote the brand and enhance community presence. Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations, maintain high standards of phone etiquette, professional communication skills, and customer relationship building. Manage repair operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, retail math accuracy, and organizational workflows to maximize efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales management or auto repair leadership. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through effective negotiation, deal closing skills, and upselling techniques. Extensive knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management systems (CRM supported), and retail math principles. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus for client engagement across diverse markets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership qualities including team management experience, motivation skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
