MANAGER TRU BY HILTON NORCO EASTVALE

Tru by Hilton Norco Eastvale is seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead the Tru by Hilton Norco Eastvale team. We are looking for a proven hotel operator

•not someone looking to make their first transition into a GM position.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate will have: Proven Hotel General Manager experience

REQUIRED

Minimum 3

•5 years of hotel management experience, including GM-level responsibility Previous experience operating a branded hotel; Hilton experience is strongly preferred Experience with limited-service/select-service hotels Strong knowledge of hotel P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls Understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, revenue management and market performance Experience recruiting, training, coaching and holding hotel teams accountable Strong knowledge of guest satisfaction, service recovery and brand standards Ability to analyze hotel performance and create and execute action plans Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills A hands-on leadership style and the ability to independently manage the day-to-day operation of a hotel

THIS IS AN EXPERIENCED HOTEL LEADERSHIP ROLE

We are specifically seeking someone who has already demonstrated the ability to successfully operate a hotel at the GM level. While we appreciate candidates with strong leadership backgrounds, hotel GM experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates without the required hotel management experience will not be considered.
