Job Description

Position:

Assistant Manager ASMs take a very hands-on approach in developing and training associates. We do everything our employees do with additional responsibility overseeing roles/responsibilities each day. ASMs are able to work in tandem with their team. Their main goal is to get the customers are taken care of and the store operations are running smoothly. We are a full service store. This means we want to greet our customers, engage with them, and assist them with their shopping experience . Does the role require heavy lifting? As a team, we all are responsible for helping put away the truck. This will require frequent lifting and receiving of freight. Climbing ladders to put up freight and stocking on the floor. As the ASM you will need to ensure aisles are stocked and ready for business each day. How much interaction does a Customer Service/Sales Associate will I have with customers? You will be expected to seek out customers to provide assistance, get to know them, and provide a memorable customer service experience. What experience is required? We welcome all experience levels, from entry-level to those that have prior career experience. What are we looking for? _Ambition, drive, an extrovert with a positive personality. -Must have a flexible schedule that is able to work any day of the week, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) plus holidays. Open availability is required for this position. -Working shifts are 8-9 hours/day, Weekly Hours will be 40-44hrs per week _Responsible for Opening/Closing Store. Supervising and Motivating a team of 4-6 employees to ensure customer service is excellent, employees stay focused, and tasks are accomplished.
