Job Description

Adecco is hiring an Inventory Clerk for a contract to hire opportunity for a great company in Stacy Mn Shift Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Pay $18
  • 20/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive materials, checking manufacturer's part number for accuracy against POs, prints, specifications, etc. paying close attention to quality. Perform general inventory tasks and year-end special tasks, all in a timely and accurate manner. Perform regular cycle counting of inventory. Accurately enter inventory, receiving and shipping data and adjustments into the computer system. Kit materials for production
  • verify accuracy of kitted orders. Process customer orders for delivery
  • pull, pack and prepare finished goods for shipment. Ensure product is packed to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. Prepare packing lists, certificates and other required documentation with accuracy. Process customer orders for delivery

Operate forklift and pallet-jack to transport materials. Arrange warehouse space as required for materials, and ensure the warehouse is clean/maintained. Communicate and work cooperatively with co-workers at all levels. Contribute to finding new and better ways of doing things; to improve processes and procedures for your area. Contribute to team effort by performing other tasks as appropriate and/or necessary .
Qualifications & Abilities :
High School diploma or equivalent is required. 1-3 years of direct or related experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and self-directed, requiring minimal oversight to meet objectives and timelines. Strong hand-eye coordination, vision and manual dexterity to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects. Detail oriented in all aspects of work. Able to perform basic tasks on a computer. Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described or implied within the Essential Duties & Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by a successful employee in this position. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with co-workers. Sit and/or stand at workbenches/workstations, perform computer tasks and paperwork. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
Pay Details:
