Inventory Clerk Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour,
DOE Job Type:
Full-Time | Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire (depends on candidate preference)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 am - 4:30 pm | 10-hour shifts

2 Position Overview We are looking for two Inventory Clerks to join an electronics manufacturing company. These positions support inventory and production operations by receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing kits for production, and assisting with shipping and warehouse activities. There are two openings with slightly different focuses. One position will focus primarily on receiving materials and kitting inventory for production , while also providing backup support for shipping and quality inspection. The other will focus on preparing inventory kits for SMT production and maintaining accurate inventory levels in Epicor . Responsibilities Receive materials and verify part numbers and quantities against purchase orders Enter receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions into the computer system Pick and prepare material kits for production Verify that production kits contain the correct parts and quantities Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts Organize and stage materials for production Pull, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment Prepare packing lists and other required documentation Assist with shipping, receiving, and basic incoming inspection as needed Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials Maintain a clean and organized inventory and warehouse area Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or related experience preferred Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with part numbers, quantities, and small electronic components Ability to accurately count and organize inventory Good communication and organizational skills ERP or inventory system experience preferred Epicor experience is a plus Electronics manufacturing or production kitting experience is a plus Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
