Position Summary We seek dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Associates to support warehouse operations. This role requires individuals who can work accurately, identify discrepancies, and maintain inventory integrity while operating in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies. Perform data entry and maintain inventory records. Review SKUs, quantities, and storage locations for accuracy. Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities. Follow established operating procedures and quality standards. Escalate inventory issues and discrepancies when necessary. Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Required Qualifications Computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems and performing basic data entry. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, and inventory reconciliation. Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training. Strong sense of accountability and reliability. Training & Onboarding The first day of employment will be dedicated to onboarding and training.
