Job Description

Inventory Control Clerk SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking a reliable and motivated Inventory control clerk for a manufacturing company based in Everett Washington. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience.
LOCATION
Everett, WA Pay:
$23.50/hr
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 6AM -2:45pm

Review production schedules, work orders, pick lists, and shipping documents to identify materials and products to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Transfer materials and finished goods from receiving or production areas to appropriate storage or designated locations. Create new bin boxes and update labeling as necessary. Store temperature-sensitive items in refrigerated storage according to guidelines. Pull and issue materials, tools, or supplies requested by production staff or assembly lines. Gather and assemble customer orders from inventory, placing items on pallets or shelves, or delivering them to the packing or shipping areas. Prepare kits and organize loose components as required by specific projects. Tag and label materials with proper identifying details. Unpack incoming shipments, including crates, pallets, and other containers. Monitor consumable inventory levels and alert the Stores Lead when quantities run low. Notify the Stores Lead of any materials nearing expiration. Track and record quantities of materials received, transferred, or distributed. Arrange parts and materials in an organized sequence for efficient retrieval. Enter and maintain inventory data in the computer system, ensuring pick lists are processed accurately, and inventory levels are updated and monitored for shortages.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Require 6 months of previous related experience Highschool Diploma or equivalent Be able to understand/read written & verbal instructions. Must be able to lift 50lbs on occasion.
