19/hr Keep Operations Running Smoothly Adecco Staffing is searching for a dependable and hardworking Shop / Warehouse Support Associate in Worcester, MA to help keep our facility organized, clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean work environment, caring for company equipment, and jumping in wherever support is needed. What You'll Do Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop or warehouse environment. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas neat and in good working condition. Clean and organize the work area at the end of each shift. Safeguard company tools, equipment, and supplies and promptly report any issues or damage to the appropriate leader. Assist with a variety of facility and warehouse tasks, including: Cleaning and general upkeep Dusting and detailing Painting Picking up equipment and supplies Transporting company mail Providing coverage when other employees are absent Follow all applicable environmental regulations and company procedures . Properly dispose of chemicals, trash, and other materials in designated areas. Participate in recycling efforts as required. Immediately report any potential environmental, safety, or facility concerns. Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Follow all applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements . What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic. Pay Details:
