Position Office Staff / Logistics Coordinator 2. Key Responsibilities Monitor air and ocean freight shipment schedules Prepare and manage shipping and customs-related documentation Communicate with overseas partners and customers via email and phone in English Coordinate customs clearance and track shipment status Assist with general logistics operations and administrative duties 3. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or the shipping industry is preferred Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Bilingual in Korean and English Strong communication and multitasking skills Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented 4.
