Workflow Orchestration :

Create and maintain production schedules by reconciling customer demand with plant capacity to meet delivery commitments

Cross-Functional Liaison :

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Warehouse to align priorities and communicate lead-time expectations

Material Readiness :

Audit material availability for scheduled jobs, coordinate kitting activities, and notify Purchasing of shortages

Supplier Coordination :

Partner with Buyers to expedite supplier pull-ins and resolve past-due parts that threaten the schedule

ERP Ownership :

Maintain ERP accuracy for dates, quantities, and statuses to ensure a single source of truth for operations

Constraint Management :

Monitor capacity models and escalate in-window impediments to functional owners for rapid resolution Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education :

Recent or Upcoming completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Analytical Skills :

Comfortable digging into data to identify trends, root causes, and practical solutions

Communication :

Strong written and verbal skills with ability to translate complex data into clear stakeholder updates

Adaptability :

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines

Technical Savvy :

Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and

VLOOKUP Teamwork :

Collaborative mindset and service-oriented approach toward internal stakeholders
