Overview We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Store Manager to lead our Cricket Wireless store. This energetic leader will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail management, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and supervise the retail team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Manage store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and stock replenishment. Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development to build a high-performing team. Oversee payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and manage employee schedules and shift assignments. Implement sales strategies through pricing, promotional activities, and merchandising plans. Maintain operational standards by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in wireless sales or electronics retail. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, with strong leadership and managerial communication skills. Experience with inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of retail math, budgeting, sales management, and operational processes is essential. Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development is highly valued. Familiarity with wireless products, store product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and customer service excellence.
